This particular client needed more space for their growing family.  Additions to the existing house had to match existing conditions.  These requirements were met by removing the rear shed wing and adding a new two-story kitchen, great room, master bedroom and bath wing.

Traditional moldings, a wainscoted barrel vault, a two tiered tray ceiling, bay window seats and Shirley house mantels were designed to create a focal point in each room.  A slate roof, a traditional paint scheme and closely matching brick and jack arches were specified to ensure that the new addition would appear as authentic as the original 1920’s structure.
