Architects & General Contractors

This project was devoted to the entertaining of family and friends. One of our tasks was to take an uninviting, partially finished basement and turn it into a jaw dropping, contemporary activity area with bar, restroom, TV and sitting space as well as a game area.  The project was actually three distinct projects that included an exterior stone fireplace and wicker sitting area, a Florida room with a coffered ceiling, and a colorful contemporary entertainment area.

The owners were great to work with. We led in the design of the Florida Room and exterior sitting area, but the homeowner knew what they wanted in their basement. The basement was strictly their inspiration. We added some architectural detailing, but for the most part the homeowner dictated the basement design and we had fun following their lead.
